All prize money will be paid when exhibits are collected.
REGULATIONS:
1. ALL ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE BY-LAW REGULATIONS OF THE SOCIETY.
2. Delivery and collection of exhibits:
Delivery: Exhibits to be delivered to the Showground’s on Tuesday, 24th October between 8am and 12noon.
Exhibits forwarded by post or rail is to be clearly marked “Art Section” on the outside of the parcel. These exhibits will be returned immediately after the Show at the exhibitors expense.
Collection: All exhibits will be available for collection on Monday, 30th October between 8am and 10.30am only. The Society will not accept responsibility for exhibits not collected by the prescribed time.
3. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
4. All exhibits must be the bona fide work of the exhibitor and executed during 2022 or 2023.
5. Exhibit cards which must be firmly attached to the lower right hand corner.
6. No piece of work may be entered in more than one class.
7. Entries that have previously won a First Prize at a Bendigo Agricultural Show are not eligible to compete.
8. Judges or Society Committee reserve the right to change an entry to another class in the event of an incorrect entry or to exclude any entry altogether if such an entry is considered detrimental to the general standard of the exhibition.
9. Exhibits will be displayed in the Art & Photography Pavilion (#30 Conference Hall).
