OUTDOOR SPACE
Trade Space - Central Area

Products & Services, Show Items, Clothing, Toys, Food Excluded
Size - 3m x 3m.
Fee - $297 minimum site fee. $77 per additional frontage metre.

Food Trade Space - Central Area
Hot Food, Gourmet Food, Coffee, Pancakes, Drinks, etc.
Size - 3m x 3m.
Fee - $330 minimum site fee. $77 per additional frontage metre.

Show Bag Sites - Central Area (For approved Show bag providers only. (Please Note: No other show bags to be offered other than the approved vendors)).
Please specify the total metres required including the drawbar.  $110 per metre frontage includes waste removal.
 

OTHER ITEMS
Power: 
(maximum 2 outlets) @ $55.00 per site.
Power - 3 Phase Power:  (1 outlet) @ $99.00 per site.
Trestle Tables:  @ $5.50 each.
Show Camping:  @ $25.00 per day.
Additional Site Holder Pass - 2 Day @ $16.50 each.
Additional Site Holder Pass - 1 Day @ $11.00 each.
Show Society Membership:  $55.00 (optional).
